Refund / Return Policy

  1. Scope of policy application
    Due to the special nature of hardware accessories (such as customization, consumables or hygiene and safety considerations), we currently do not support any form of return, exchange or refund, including but not limited to the following situations:
    The product has been unsealed or used.
    Subjective reasons of the customer (such as color and size not meeting expectations);
    Order errors that are not due to quality issues (such as the customer choosing the wrong model by themselves).
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If there is any transportation damage or quality problem with the products you receive, please provide the following materials to the customer service email treeeous@hardwaretoolers.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt:
    Order number and problem description;
    Clear photos or videos of damage/defects;
    Logistics receipt certificate.
    We will verify and then provide you with a solution (such as reissue or special refund).
  3. Disclaimer
    We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the customer’s failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions.
    International orders may be subject to customs policies. Please bear the relevant risks by yourself.
