- Shipping location and delivery time
Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Latvia and enjoy the efficient support of the logistics network within the European Union.
Processing time: Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation. (For customized products or peak seasons, the time may be extended and further notice will be given.)
Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can check the progress in real time through the carrier’s official website. - Delivery range and cost
Global coverage: Supports delivery to most countries/regions. The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee at checkout (additional charges apply to some remote areas).
Duties and taxes: The destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves. It is recommended to check the local customs policies in advance. - Delay and Exception Handling
Logistics delay: If your order is not dispatched within 30 days, we will contact you proactively and provide a solution (such as compensation or refund).
Delivery issue: If the package is lost or damaged, please contact the team at treeeous@hardwaretoolers.com. Attach the order number and photo evidence. We will respond within 48 hours. - Returns and Refunds
Return and exchange conditions: Only unused items in their original packaging are accepted. Applications must be made within 14 days after signature for receipt. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
